2.8 Address list

SendFax works with two lists of fax numbers. You can choose the list in the

drop box “Address list”. The options are All, Only the (Outlook) Contacts, and

only the Send Fax address list.

Your Outlook contacts must have the fax number entered or else the

contacts will not appear. The Outlook contacts are only available when you

have enabled MAPI in the SendFax configuration. In the Outlook contacts

there are several entries for a fax number possible: “Business Fax”, “Home

Fax”, “Other Fax”. Send Fax will create multiple entries for these contacts

and will write the description between brackets behind their names.

The contacts list has three properties: Name, Company and fax number.

The example above displays seven entries in the contacts list.

• Select and right click an entry in the list

• Click the arrow to copy contact to the send list.
